The UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO), a world-leading centre for hydrography, specialising in marine geospatial data of the world’s oceans, is to work with Queen’s Award-winning agency, Identity.

Identity will deliver a full range of events around the world as part of the UKHO’s work to help unlock opportunities within the blue economy – an economy estimated to be worth in excess of $3 trillion by 2030.

Matt Garcia, Account Manager at Identity said: “Our approach to client needs is quite different to other agencies and even in the midst of a pandemic this approach to client events, live and virtual, continues to bring great wins.”

“UKHO is a phenomenally impressive source of marine data that helps unlock the world’s understanding of its oceans; for safer navigation, for the marine economy and for the future of the planet.”

UKHO is an executive agency, sponsored by the Ministry of Defence. It shares data with governments, defence users and academia, making it available through its portfolio of ADMIRALTY maritime data solutions.
