Internal Recruiter

Identity is currently looking for an Internal Recruiter on a maternity cover basis, initially for 6 months on a full-time basis. This is an exciting time to join with anticipated growth and new systems and processes in place.

The Internal Recruiter is responsible for a number of vacancies at any one time within the business and will work closely with the Hiring Managers to attract candidates, arrange interviews and onboard the new hires.

Please note this role requires the person to be in the Eastbourne office at least 3 days a week.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the end to end recruitment process for a number of vacancies across the business
  • Consulting with the Hiring Managers to establish critical criteria for the role to ensure accurate shortlisting
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates to submit to managers
  • Maintaining accurate records on the ATS and updating accordingly
  • Arranging interviews in a timely manner agreeing with the manager the format
  • Ensuring all live roles are advertised in the correct place including recruitment agencies where relevant
  • Offering advice on best recruitment practices
  • Maintaining a professional relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Delivering excellent service to the business at all times
  • Facilitating the onboarding of candidates including referencing and induction
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition Team activities and projects
  • Being able to be flexible around the needs of the business and managing multiple tasks at any one time
