Account Manager

This role is a fixed-term maternity cover.

Identity is looking for an experienced Account Manager to deliver event programmes for some of our key client accounts and with responsibility for the smooth delivery of all assigned client and agency projects.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining day-to-day client contact and first-class client servicing
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of activities across clients’ accounts and any relevant agency projects
  • Prepare for and lead client and internal account meetings, following up with notes and actions, ensuring attendees are accountable
  • Adopt a solutions-focused approach to client account management
  • Write detailed client / creative briefs and define activities’ scope of works
  • Proactively manage client change requests and effectively log all client sign-offs
  • Manage the internal processes efficiently to ensure maximum profitability
  • Manage client visits, meet potential clients, and follow up on proposals/pitches
  • Provide support and assistance throughout the contract and/or project lifetime / life-cycle
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships via telephone, email, zoom and face to face meetings
  • Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure correct contract administration
