We are delighted to announce that Identity has embarked on a commercial partnership with Balls for Brains.

Balls for Brains are a grassroots charity with the goal of helping to raise awareness of mental health across the county of Sussex through rugby union. The charity delivers workshops and podcasts and provides a support network with the ambition of achieving a more open conversation about mental health and its effects on those directly affected as well as those around them.

Mental Health is high on the agenda for Identity. Six members of the Identity team have become Mental Health First Aiders in 2021 meaning they are qualified to provide immediate support to those struggling with their mental health.

One in four people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England so changing the culture around the stigma of mental health is imperative. For more information on the work Balls for Brains are doing and how you can get involved, visit www.ballsforbrains.co.uk.

At Identity, we value the importance of exercise and how this can improve mental health. Earlier this year, our staff took part in Get Moving in March which was an initiative to encourage Identity staff members to get active and exercise throughout the month of March. Exercise can contribute towards a healthy lifestyle, improve mental health and provide a great way to switch off from work to maintain a good work-life balance.
