Neil Mason joins Identity as executive creative director. He leaves George P. Johnson where he was executive creative director for the last four and half years.

Neil has spent most of his life creating immersive experiences for some of the world’s most valuable brands; generating original, compelling concepts and executing them with refined strategic, creative and digital direction.

On joining Identity, Neil said: “I am thrilled to join such an ambitious team and lead the creative direction for some of the most exciting brands on the planet. The industry is in a state of transition. However, it does provide the opportunity to produce some exceptional experiences, I’m delighted to be here and cannot wait to get started”.

Neil is a tutor at the RCA, on the board of governors at Ravensbourne University and is a judge for D&AD.
