You will be a very results-oriented individual, anticipating needs and spotting opportunities to deliver value to our clients and a key requirement within this role is the proactive generation of new ideas, opportunities and solutions. To do this, you will have a clear understanding of our business environment, competitors, products, services, suppliers and pricing structures.

Client satisfaction is our highest priority at Identity and the Digital Producer must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to speak to clients confidently while explaining often complex technical solutions and projects simply and effectively. Equally, you will be highly skilled at receiving, interpreting and adapting client briefs, clearly outlining objectives and deliverables to meet expectations and KPIs.
