We are looking for a Senior Digital Producer with the drive, passion and hands-on experience to help build a world-class digital department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our diverse, talented organisation at an exciting time of growth and innovation.

Identity is a hybrid experience agency with 20 years’ experience delivering pioneering solutions for governments and global brands including Apple, Google, New Balance and Formula E and specialising in outstanding live events for clients such as Siemens, Huawei, Harley-Davidson, Royal Navy, RAF and UK government.

You’ll join a growing, friendly team of over 80 skilled people in a dynamic, creative and supportive environment with opportunities for UK and international travel.

In this exciting, client-facing role you will:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end delivery of a variety of exciting digital projects across multiple platforms
  • Lead all layers of digital process management from brief development to review
  • Create, develop and maintain process systems to help grow Identity’s digital offering
  • Establish understanding of a client’s business objectives, how each project supports their strategy and integrates with live events/exhibitions
  • Provide onsite delivery
  • Deliver best value to clients and Identity, with responsibility for project-related profit margins
  • Provide client management including day-to-day communication, meetings, presentations
  • Manage the QA process and understand GDPR and H&S obligations
  • Together with Creative Technologist teams, carry out supplier research, vetting, selection
  • Support UX documentation creation
  • Collaborate across Identity to deliver truly integrated projects
  • Lead on the recruitment and management of the Digital Production team to shape a world-class department

Demonstrable, detailed experience in:

  • a creative/experience agency at a senior level, leading on digital project delivery (5 years+)
  • a digital agency (10 years+)
  • the entire lifecycle of digital development from information architecture to prototyping, internal testing, user-testing and bug-fixing
  • content production, virtual events, web-based applications, CRM systems and small-scale software/app production
  • people management

  • communication and negotiation
  • time management

The ability to:

  • lead cross-functional teams (including creative and technology)
  • interact with clients at different levels and across functions, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction
  • manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • plan effectively to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery

Knowledge, enjoyment and understanding of:

  • web development technologies, including content management systems, HTML, JavaScript and Flash
  • best practices in digital development, including accessibility, usability and design
  • a commercial environment and of delivering commercially viable projects
  • emerging technologies, digital trends and technical innovation

Ideally:

  • formal training/qualification in Agile project management or similar
  • experience in:
    • large-scale software production: software architecture, testing, maintenance, analysis
    • immersive technology production
  • second-language skills
