Creativity forms the backbone of everything we do at Identity – inventing creative solutions to even the most random of tasks is what makes us special. We are home to a strong pool of exceptional creatives with bucket loads of experience in agency and in-house design, all of whom bring something different to the mix.

From the planning stage, through to the final design or construction, our creative team can produce effective, original designs which exceeds expectations. Whether it be graphic design, video, illustration, typography, web design, conceptual design, 3D modelling, or CAD drawings, the team have expertise in all these skills, allowing to fulfil and exceed the client’s brief.

Teamwork is very important to us at Identity and plays a pivotal role in all projects. The collective skill set and nature of the team means that no matter how big or small the project, together with the Account and Project Managers, it will be given the thought, dedication and application it deserves.

Gary Fever

Studio Manager

Gary has over 15 years of experience in commercial design, branding and illustration, working for both local and large-scale clients. In his position of Studio Manager, he oversees the operation and workload of the design department and actively contributes to the daily design output of the team.

Aside from his creative work Gary’s passions are running, watching football and getting out and about trekking with his dog.

Nick Heath

Creative Director

Nick joined Identity as Creative Director in 2014, and his ambition is to make the company an indispensable partner, providing excellence and creativity to every job, whilst delivering business success and growth for both new and existing clients. He has more than a decade of agency experience which spans across a wide range of sectors for a vast array of major clients – taking a hands-on directional approach, he leads the creative output of Identity with vigour.

A true creative at heart, he loves what he does, especially working with talented people, producing great work and never settling for second best.

“Working at Identity, every day is different. I get to work with an extremely accomplished bunch of designers all with a unique mix of talent and we get to tackle some fantastic projects together. We are all team players in the broader sense, working shoulder to shoulder with our accounts team and strive to bring meaningful engagements to our client’s products and brand. We pride ourselves on coming up with fresh ideas, but more importantly bringing them to life.”

Abbie Jackson

Graphics Artworker

Abbie joined the company in 2015 as a Graphics Artworker, working alongside the rest of the design team developing her skills as a creative on a variety of projects across the business. With a lifelong passion for all things art and design, a career in creativity was inevitable. Her role at Identity has quickly developed from setting up print-ready artwork to holding her own within the creative team.

When she is not hard at work designing and being creative, Abbie loves to travel and is currently learning aerial hoop.

“Everyone at Identity has a big personality, the whole company is full of characters and I love that because it makes Identity a diverse, vibrant and friendly workplace. Days at Identity are jam-packed, fast-paced – with a different project landing on my desk each day, boredom is not an option.”

Suzanne Osborne

Graphic Designer

Suzanne studied Visual Communication at Ravensbourne College of Design for 4 years, graduating in 1990 with a BA(Hons). She has over 25 years graphic design experience and ran her own small business creating typographic and illustrative personal event stationery and giftware for 11 years, prior to joining Identity. In her spare time, she loves regularly attending music events.

“Being a member of such a strong and talented team is constantly inspiring and a genuine pleasure. We each bring our passions and experience to the studio to make Identity a very special creative hive able to fulfil the vision of our clients from large format projects to pixel perfect digital assets. Some of my favourite projects have been with Eurotunnel working across a variety of these formats to drive their brand forward.”

Michael Baldwin

Graphic Designer

Michael has over 10 years’ experience in the design industry. During this time, he has developed skills across many areas including branding, illustration, video, UI design, print and web design. He loves to be challenged and to enhance his skillset.

When not designing, Michael is a published landscape photographer and has had his work featured in various magazines, a book cover and large-scale wall art.

“There is a constant buzz with Identity, everyone is driven and focused on producing the best work possible for clients. It is a very rewarding place to work with fantastic clients and really friendly staff.”

Paul Tabucan

3D Designer

Paul finished a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and has over 10 years of experience in the design industry. He has worked from the Philippines to Singapore and the UK, creating and pursuing creative design ideas to address each and every client’s need.

Simon Taylor

3D Designer

Simon brings with him to the role 25 years of experience delivering branded environments to a global clientele across the retail, leisure, and exhibition markets.

His extensive experience and strong conceptual processes ensure effective and engaging results. Part of Simon’s role at Identity is to maintain the high creative standards which showcase every exhibition and event project we deliver.
