At Identity, customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Our Account Management team play a key role when it comes to looking after our clients and their experience with us. The team provide a single point of contact and seamlessly guide projects from conception to completion, making sure the delivery exceeds expectations.

Our Account Management team look after scheduling regular meetings with our clients so that everyone is fully briefed for upcoming projects. They will proactively review past performances – what worked well on previous projects, as well as any possible improvements – so we can implement high quality solutions that surpass the client’s brief.

Teamwork plays a vital role here at Identity. It’s an important part of what enables us to deliver a project on time, on budget and to specification. Account Managers support both the client and the Project Managers and ensure all teams work together to provide a bespoke and high-quality solution.

We would like to introduce you to the members of the Account Management team at Identity and why they enjoy working here.

Zoe Potter

Marketing Account Director

Zoe is the Marketing Account Director at Identity, looking after large accounts to ensure their needs are met to the highest quality, with excellent customer service and strategic direction.

She has a strong background in marketing and advertising having worked at a number of leading creative agencies including Brave in London and Havas Worldwide in Sydney, as well as a more recent client-side role. With over 8 years’ experience in the industry, she has gained a deep knowledge and understanding of how to build brands through multiple channels and disciplines including TV, radio, digital, social, out of home, digital out of home, direct marketing, sales promotion and partnership marketing. She has developed and implemented integrated campaigns for the likes of Panasonic, John Frieda, Ecover, Appletiser, Peugeot and Paypal amongst other brands.

Zoe is passionate about delivering marketing strategy and campaigns that deliver business objectives and results that are both on brand and on budget, and not only meet but exceed expectations. Through demonstrating commercial awareness and an innovative approach to marketing, she was recognised as a ‘rising star of tomorrow’ in the IPM ’30 under 30’ awards 2011.

“Everybody at Identity is really approachable and friendly, which being relatively new to the company made a huge difference to me settling in and integrating into the team. That is the thing I enjoy most about working here, the feeling of being part of a team, the camaraderie and shared mentality of all striving for the best for our clients.”

Matt Garcia

Account Manager

Matt brings over 25 years of experience in design, marketing, live-events and commercial interiors. As an Account Manager, Matt’s primary goal is client satisfaction.  This is achieved through a thorough understanding of their objectives for a campaign or project and applying scrutiny and a fine eye for detail to our proposals and solutions, to ensure they meet expectations.

Matt’s experience and understanding of our industry’s design, manufacture and installation processes complements the deep technical knowledge of our Project Managers to help produce and deliver successful solution time and time again.

“My favourite project was helping to bring a flavour of the Mediterranean to Leeds City Centre, with the design and installation of an experiential environment for Marks & Spencer’s “Spirit of Summer” range, on behalf of RPM. Based around a 100m sq. clear-span marquee, we created artisan style, rough-sawn timber structures to form an open-air style bistro with a food tasting bar, café area and performance stage under a rustic hessian, festooned sun-shade with festoon lighting. It was so realistic, even the sun came out to see what was going on!”

Hannah Kernott

Digital Account Manager

Hannah is a key member of Identity’s Digital and Account Management division. With a background in marketing, Hannah started at Identity as a Digital Marketing Executive before quickly advancing to the more senior role of Digital Account Manager. Day to day, Hannah successfully project manages a variety of digitally-focused campaigns to ensure optimal client satisfaction. Hannah has overseen a number of large creative and digital projects, including video, print, social media, out of home (OOH) and digital out of home (DOOH). She very much enjoys being involved in the creative process as she loves to share her ideas, keen eye for detail and insightful background knowledge of the client.

Out of the office, Hannah enjoys walking her dog along the South Downs, going to live music gigs and festivals and doing stuff a little out of the ordinary such as skydiving!

“At Identity, every day is different from the last. The variations of projects which come through our door keeps us all on our toes and it’s exciting to see what will come next!”

Michael Levy

Account Manager

Michael is an Account Manager at Identity with specific responsibility for the exhibitions and experiential markets. Michael’s background includes 12 years working as a Marketing Events Manager for a great deal of global brands, bringing a real sense how our stands deliver in the live events environment.

Out of the office, Michael spends his time on the South Downs speeding downhill on a longboard and collecting a variety of scars in the process. Interesting fact, Michael is also the only person in the history of mankind to skateboard from the UK to Ibiza!

“I really enjoy researching our client’s goals, then devising and eventually seeing our creative concepts come to life. Working at Identity, every day is different and no two projects are the same. My favourite so far has been Devialet Phantom On The Road – playing an instrumental part of showcasing the most heavily backed tech start-up of the century!”

Gary Sheppard

Account Manager

Gary is one of the dedicated team of Account Managers at Identity who are focused on working closely with our clients to provide support for their event requirements.

Gary brings a wealth of event, marketing and print project management skills to the role from his previous position as a Marketing Manager for a Sunday Times International Track 200 company. With a keen eye for detail, creativity and a strong commercial focus, he thrives on seeing new opportunities and exceeding expectations.

Out of the office, Gary can be found spending time with his young family, or out on his bike practicing for the Tour de France!

“They say that variety is the spice of life…well that makes Identity a pretty spicy place to work then! As an Account Manager, I love working with our great clients at shows around the world, turning their ideas into reality, and ultimately a stand that exceeds expectations.”
