Account Executive (Exhibitions)

Due to Identity’s continuing success over recent years, we are now looking to recruit a full-time Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a diverse and talented team, while working in an award-winning office environment. We are looking for someone who has several years of experience in the design and delivery of exhibition stands.

Projects at Identity range from 18 sqm exhibition stands through to 500 sqm double deck exhibition stands; the projects are varied and exciting.
A few examples of projects our team has delivered over the past 12 months include:

–      Double deck exhibition stands worldwide

–      Showroom/reception fit-outs across Europe

–      Shopping centre activations in the UK

–      TV/film sets in the UK

Job Description

It is the Account Executives role to support the implementation and delivery of our world class customer service.  The Account Executive is responsible for the administration of accounts and assisting the delivery of projects. You will need to attend client meetings, share briefs with the wider team, the coordination of proposals.

The Account Executive will be responsible for liaison with the wider Account Management team. Activities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Client visits and meeting potential clients
  • Recording meeting minutes
  • Daily administration tasks within the account team
  • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
  • Understand and learn about how the department liaises with clients and the production team to complete projects
  • Development and maintenance of strong customer relationships via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings
  • Managing administrative functions to ensure contract success
