Following on from the presentation of Identity’s Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade in October 2020, a momentous day for the team at Identity, Michael Gietzen, Managing Director was invited to a reception hosted by royalty at Windsor Castle to celebrate the accolade.

Hosted by the Prince of Wales, the Princess Royal and the Countess of Wessex, as well as other members of the Royal family, the reception was arranged to congratulate and celebrate The Queen’s Award winners of 2020 and 2021. Guests of the reception at Windsor Castle were representatives from 205 winning businesses, as well as Secretary of State for Business, Kwasi Kwarteng MP.

It was a great honour to receive the Queen’s Award last year but of course, our celebrations at the time were somewhat muted due to the pandemic.
