Mutual Respect

It’s essential to treat your team members with respect and to respect their talents. You can play to your strengths here and really maximise both yours and their abilities. It goes without saying that ‘treat others how you would like to be treated’ must be highly regarded within your team and followed by all in order to be successful.

No one person can do everything. Working in a team is somewhat obligatory in many instances but working well in a team is optional – the onus is on you to action this.
