Every year at our Christmas party, the Identity directors hand deliver special recognition to the members of our team who have demonstrated the highest level of TRACC values. One winner is then selected for the overall TRACC award. Take a look below to see who the winners for 2017 were.
Teamwork: Rob Rymarczuk
Rob is our Senior Graphics Technician – if he hasn’t already sign-written or wrapped it, nobody has. Rob has been with Identity for over 5 years and in this time has worked nationally and internationally on a multitude of signage and event branding projects and has been extensively trained to specify and install the right materials or products for each project.
Responsibility: Alicia Parris
Alicia, a sought-after designer/project manager, joined Identity in early 2014. She has worked within the exhibition industry for the past 11 years, delivering projects from initial design concept through to build. She originally trained as a 3D designer and subsequently gained a BA (Hons) in 3D Design. Following the completion of her degree, Alicia developed her project management skills. She has since overseen multiple projects worldwide with a strong focus on delivery within Europe, Middle East and Far East. Alicia’s extensive experience on a global scale, coupled with her enviable design flair makes Alicia a real asset to any production team.
Ambitious: Michael Levy
Michael is an Account Manager at Identity with specific responsibility for the exhibitions and experiential markets. Michael’s background includes 12 years working as a Marketing Events Manager for a great deal of global brands, bringing a real sense how our stands deliver in the live events environment.
Creative: Simon Taylor
Simon brings with him to the role 25 years of experience, delivering branded environments to a global clientele across the retail, leisure, and exhibition markets.
His extensive experience and strong conceptual processes ensure effective and engaging results. Part of Simon’s role at Identity is to maintain the high creative standards which showcase every exhibition and event project we deliver.
Caring: Nick Heath
Nick brings a proven and unique blend of print-based and digital design skills to Identity. He has more than a decade of agency experience which spans across a wide range of sectors for a vast array of major clients such as Philips, Williamson Tea, Coutts, Cats Protection and England Athletics. Taking a hands-on directional approach, he leads the creative output of Identity with vigour.
