“The idea behind the Innovation Day was to give visitors a unique chance to view, play and interact with some of the latest audio visual solutions that Identity use when delivering exhibitions and conferences for their clients, all in one place.” Michael Gietzen, MD of Identity Group explained

The LED wall that was showcased has already seen action this year at Wimbledon and The Open as well as many different exhibitions. The Twitter Totem showcased how the power of Social Media can be harnessed to engage visitors to an event and to get them involved in spreading a message virally.

As well as serving up a fantastic BBQ for all, Identity wanted to inspire businesses to think about how they can integrate some of the latest exciting technology into their marketing plans. On hand on the evening were experts from their design team to talk about the importance of branding consistency and how this can work across the multitude of platforms available.

To tie all the information and networking opportunities together, Identity showcased Poken for the first time. Every visitor had their own personalised Poken and were able to touch these against other visitors Pokens to share their contact details. Another feature was to touch against the Pokens found by key products which uploaded the information relevant to that Poken to the individual’s portal so they could download and review this information at their leisure.

“Identity are a really exciting company and have worked on some fantastic projects, from the Eurotunnel to Coffee Republic. It’s great to see an Eastbourne business doing so well”. Stephen Holt, Business Development Manager for Eastbourne Chamber of Commerce.

“Identity were incredibly generous in the time and effort they took to show us all around. From the excellent ‘all weather BBQ’ to showing us some fantastic bits of technical equipment, there really was something for everyone to enjoy.”
