Hannah is a key member of the Account Management team at Identity. The range of projects Hannah gets to oversee is the element of her career that she enjoys most. With a background in marketing, Hannah’s accounts are skewed to this skillset. Wherever she can, Hannah will share knowledge, creative ideas and recommendations on how to get the best results out of a campaign or an event. Exceeding expectations, ensuring client satisfaction and successful results is what Hannah constantly strives for and prides herself on. Over her time as an Account Manager Hannah has overseen and lead delivery on a number of projects and pitches including automotive product launches, large scale signage projects, international exhibition stands and many branding and one-off design projects.
Hannah strongly believes that communication is key and reflects this in her day-to-day goings. Working as the middleman between internal delivery teams and the client Hannah fully understands the importance of great communication channels and practices this each day.
Out of the office Hannah enjoys walking her dog along the South Downs, going to live music gigs and festivals and getting out doing stuff a little out of the ordinary such as skydiving for charity!
